Body Tech Fitness Center offers a variety of fitness classes thoughout the year.

Our Super Circuit Training classes are full body interval strength and conditioning classes that are for all fitness levels.

During the warmer months we offer our outdoor class which is designed to test your speed, power, and agility levels.
Body Tech also offers free mountain biking rides to its members. Helmets are required.

Join Laura as she takes you through this low-impact sculpting class that will get the whole body, but we'll pay extra attention to the core, hips, glutes and thighs!

Laura will use a fitness style approach to yoga that will have you practicing poses that will help you strengthen your foundatinal muscles; keeping you fit for your daily activities. As you progress you will gain greater strength and flexibility not only in your body, but in your mind

Join in on this ultimate conditioning class! With use of sports conditioning drills you will focus on Endurance, Strength, Plyometrics, Agility and Isometrics. This class is great for every type of fitness enthusiast because you are able to work at your own level. Please take note of our new schedule! MONDAYS 7:15 AM & 5:30 PM, WEDNESDAYS 5:30 PM, THURSDAYS 8:15 AM, FRIDAYS 8:15 AM AND SATURDAYS 9:30 AM. Plenty of chances to get in a great workout!

Remember Aerobics Dancing in the Eighties? Well it’s back. Come and have a blast while getting fit at the same time. The 60 minute class will feature uncomplicated routines to your favorite retro music. If you can count to 8 while moving, then you are ready! 1st class begins on January 9th.

SUNDAY 11/11/09  10:30 AM RACE STARTS 6TH ANNUAL SERPENTS BACK DUATHLON
This race consists of a 2 mile trail run into a 10 mile mountain bike ride followed by a 2 mile run. Very scenic one track trails in beautiful Montauk Navy Rd. Park Individual and Duo-relays with awards for top 3 finishers in gender, age group and type. T-shirts will be given to all participants and there will be food, drinks and free raffles post-race. Proceeds will benefit the Montauk Community Playhouse and East Hampton Ocean Rescue Squad.
