Body Tech Fitness Center offers a variety of fitness classes thoughout the year.

Our Super Circuit Training classes are full body interval strength and conditioning classes that are for all fitness levels.

During the warmer months we offer our outdoor class which is designed to test your speed, power, and agility levels.
Body Tech also offers free mountain biking rides to its members. Helmets are required.

Join Laura in a class combining the many asanas of Yoga we will focus on stretching, strengthening and elongating your muscles that make up your posture. With these beginner level poses you'll still get a great workout and feel energized to take on the rest of the day!

ALSO FEATURING AN EVENING CLASS ON WEDNESDAYS AT 5 PM! Julia will get you ready for your spring sport or hobby with her 8 week program, focusing on Strength, Endurance, Agility & Plyometric movements.
